If you choose not to provide your Personal Information that is required to process your request, we may not be able to provide the corresponding Service.
Information collected through the Chart is the responsibility of the Chart user who obtains the private information by the Chart user himself.
We use the Hypertext Transport Protocol Security (HTTPS) protocol which allows data to be transmitted in an encrypted form known as Secure Sockets Layer® (SSL). We encrypt, with SSL, all such information.
We do not request, process or store your card details or payment information at all. They are all performed by the respective payment gateway of your choice. During they payment process, you will be redirected to the payment portal (third party website) of your choice.
We do not sell or share your Personal Information with third parties for any purpose whatsoever.
We do not do email or conduct affiliate marketing and we do not send out newsletter. We will however, send you occasional season or festive greetings such as New Year, Christmas, Chinese New Lunar Year etc at the maximum of five times in a year.
For Chart customers, we may send out notice for changes on the Chart upgrade/modification.
